Tory Struck is the founding principal of Five Phase. Prior to hanging his own shingle, he worked at Silman for over a decade, absorbing experience on a wide range of project types and learning the importance of being a good collaborator. Tory approaches all projects with an open mind and a dry sense of humor. He is especially drawn to projects with highly integrated assemblies and tight construction tolerances. These projects involve deep collaboration between disciplines and generate opportunities to create structures that go beyond typical analysis and detailing.
